The aim of STA

　　Raise trademark consciousness of whole society, support the legal rights of the member's trademark; Help the member make use of the trademark strategy, establish famous and well-known trademarks; Solidify the all member, develop its positive effect, promote the development and the prosperity of the market economy
 

·宣传、贯彻国家有关商标的法律、法规及政策；
Publicize, carry through the law concerning trademark.

·为会员培训商标管理人员、组织开展商标学术研讨；
Train the trademark manager and organize trademark seminar and exhibition;

·依法维护会员的合法权益、协调会员间的关系；
Support the member's legal rights and moderate the relation of member;

·出版并发行有关商标的专业资料和刊物；
Edict the professional publications related to trademarks;

·开展民间的商标国际交流与合作；
Develop the trademark international exchanges and cooperation;

·接受和协助政府机关和民间委托进行有关商标的调查、评估、宣传以及驰著名商标的推荐等工作。

In the past 20 years, Shenzhen created the economy development miracle that the whole world focus attention, the establishment of Shenzhen Trademark Association, following our country to join the world trade organization and build up the new situation of the perfect socialism market economy, will protect trademark rights effectively and carry out the independent trademark development strategy to provide a good development terrace actively for the enterprise of Shenzhen, will contribute necessarily for economic in Shenzhen to create a value trademark and protect the trademark, make use of the trademark and good social situation of the trademark.
