1993年深圳市商标事务所经国家工商局和深圳市人民政府批准设立，属深圳市工商局正处级事业单位；
1993年取得国家商标局颁发的“商标代理资格证”；
1994年取得国家商标局颁发的“涉外商标代理资格证”；
1996年成为中华商标协会的会员；
1996年成为国际商标协会（INTA）的会员；
1997年成为国际保护工业产权协会（AIPPI）会员；
1997、1998、1999年连续三年被深圳市工商行政管理局评为“先进单位”；
2000年被国家商标局认可为“全国十佳”商标代理机构；
2002年深圳市商标事务所改制为深圳市精英商标事务所；
2003年深圳市精英专利事务所成立；
2003年取得国家知识产权局颁发的“专利代理资格”证书；
2002年、2003年、2004年、2005年知识产权代理业务连续四年居广东省首位、华南地区第一名；
2005年成为深圳市商标协会会长单位；
2005年深圳市精英版权代理中心成立；
